1) After checking all details, be certain that information entered is correct.
2) Charter quotes will be held for one week without deposits. No bus will be confirmed without deposit.
3) Deposits: 50% percent of total cost is due upon confirming your trip. Unless otherwise arranged, full balance due 2 weeks prior to departure. Full payment is due immediately if trip falls within 2 weeks from booking.
Full refunds require two weeks notification.
4) DRIVER'S GRATUITY & LODGING COSTS (IF APPLICABLE) ARE NOT INCLUDED in this quote. We encourage you to show your appreciation when you have received the excellent service you deserve.
5) Because of the recent experience in rising fuel cost, ATS reserves the right to add a fuel surcharge, should diesel prices rise dramatically before your Charter.
6) AMERICAN TRANSPORTATION reserves the right to use an affiliate to cover the trip should the need arise. 7) IF AMERICAN TRANSPORTATION is unable to provide coverage of service for your trip (directly or indirectly) a full refund will be issued. It shall be the clients resposibilty to notify American Transportation, if they believe this run qualifies under SPAB rules.
By sending this secure form, you authorize American Transportation Systems to charge your account for the amount specified above. You furthermore authorize American Transportation to charge your account for any future purchases or fees. This includes, but is not limited to: overdue balances, late fees, cleaning fees, damages, etc.
